1. Introduction and Acceptance

1.1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the use of the GamingTether platform, a digital marketplace where verified sellers can list and sell gaming accounts and other digital goods to buyers. By using the Website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

1.2. These Terms are in accordance with the laws of India and the India's consumer protection directives.

1.3. All communication between users and the platform will be handled through ticket-based support or official email addresses. By interacting with the Website, you agree to receive electronic communication related to your account and services.

2. Definitions

User: Any individual using the platform to browse or purchase digital products.

Seller: A verified, pre-approved individual or entity allowed to list digital goods on the platform.

Service Provider: The entity that operates and maintains the Website.

Client Area: A secured dashboard provided to each User for managing orders and support.

Digital Goods: Non-physical items such as game accounts, virtual currency, or cosmetics.

KYC (Know Your Customer): Identity verification process required for certain users.

3. Platform Structure

3.1. The Website serves as a neutral intermediary between buyers and verified sellers.

3.2. GamingTether does not own, purchase, or resell any game accounts. All listings are uploaded by pre-approved sellers.

3.3. Game publishers are not affiliated with GamingTether. We do not claim ownership of their trademarks or content.

4. Account Registration

4.1. Users must be at least 18 years old or have legal parental consent.

4.2. Sellers must apply separately for verification. Applications are manually reviewed and may include:

  • Trading history
  • Identity verification
  • Social or professional references

4.3. Providing false or incomplete information during registration may result in account suspension.

5. KYC Verification

5.1. The platform reserves the right to initiate KYC verification for any user at any time.

5.2. Users may be required to submit:

  • Government-issued ID
  • Proof of address
  • Selfie verification
  • Past transaction evidence

5.3. Refusal to complete KYC will result in restricted access or account termination.

6. Seller Responsibilities

6.1. Sellers agree to:

  • Only list items they legally own and control
  • Deliver accurate account credentials within 48 hours
  • Respond to disputes within 48 hours

6.2. Sellers may not:

  • List hacked, modded, or compromised accounts
  • Recover accounts after sale
  • Provide false item descriptions or stats

6.3. Listings must include all key account information (e.g., skins, V-Bucks, linked platforms, unlocks).

7. Buyer Responsibilities

7.1. Buyers agree to:

  • Review listings thoroughly before purchasing
  • Use provided credentials promptly and secure the account
  • Open support tickets instead of chargebacks for disputes

7.2. Buyers must not:

  • Access the account during a boost (if service is ongoing)
  • Claim refunds for personal errors (e.g., regret, incorrect email)

7.3. Access to purchased goods will be delivered in the Client Area or through direct ticket support.

8. Payments

8.1. The Website supports payment through trusted third-party processors (e.g., Stripe, PayPal, Crypto gateways).

8.2. Payment processor fees may be deducted from refunds depending on the case.

8.3. The platform does not store credit card data.

8.4. Sellers are responsible for their own tax reporting obligations.

9. Warranties & Delivery

9.1. All account purchases include a standard delivery guarantee.

9.2. Optional extended warranties may be offered at checkout (e.g., 7-day or lifetime protection) with additional fees.

9.3. Warranty covers:

  • Lost access not caused by the buyer
  • Recovered accounts

9.4. Warranty does not cover:

  • Buyer-triggered bans or violations
  • Modifications to the account post-sale
  • Use of cheats, bots, or third-party software

10. Dispute Resolution

10.1. All disputes must be initiated through the ticket system at: https://gamingtether.com/support

10.2. Chargebacks initiated without filing a ticket first will result in permanent account bans and potential legal follow-up.

10.3. The platform will investigate each case within 3–5 business days and will issue a refund, replacement, or denial based on verified facts.

11. Prohibited Activity

Users and Sellers may not:

  • Upload viruses or malicious code
  • Attempt to hack or recover purchased items
  • List or purchase content that violates game publisher TOS
  • Circumvent our platform to arrange off-site payments

12. Termination and Suspension

12.1. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account, with or without notice, for:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Suspicious behavior (e.g., recovery attempts, mass chargebacks)
  • Fraud or abuse

12.2. Terminated users forfeit any balance, warranty, or pending order unless the Service Provider rules otherwise.

13. Liability Disclaimer

13.1. The Service Provider is not responsible for:

  • Game bans or penalties issued by publishers
  • Buyer misuse of accounts
  • Items removed or altered by third-party publishers

13.2. Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the specific item in question.

14. Intellectual Property

14.1. All game trademarks, logos, and content remain the property of their respective publishers.

14.2. Users may not misrepresent the source or ownership of digital goods.

14.3. The GamingTether platform and its original content are protected by intellectual property laws.

15. Policy Modifications

15.1. We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time with 30 days notice to users.

15.2. Continued use of the platform after modifications constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

15.3. Major changes will be communicated via email and platform notifications.

16. Governing Law

16.1. These Terms are governed by the laws of India.

16.2. Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in India.

16.3. IN residents retain their consumer protection rights under applicable IN regulations.
